Design rationale

The key represents the arms of Obwalden, Switzerland where my family comes from. The white chevron represents the Swiss Alps. The blacksmith's hammer is a pun for my last name, Smith. But it also represents the fact that my life revolves around art and creativity. I am also learning to be a blacksmith. The crest is my favorite animal, a raven, on top of an anvil maintaining the key which represents Switzerland to me. And it is regardant because it is looking backwards towards my family's history there.
