Organizational description

Grace Memorial is a parish church in the Diocese of Orergon of the Epicoplal Church of the USA. Grace was founded in 1909 and adopted its arms as a part of its centennial celebration.

Design rationale

These arms are derivitave fron the arms of the Diocese of Oregon; blazoned as Or between three Cross Crosslets Gules, a Fess Gules thereupon three Roses Or, leaved Vert. The Grace arms changed the tinctures as well as the position of the charges, and changed the fess to a fess wavy, representing the Willamette River.
