Longtime resident of Hillsborough, California. Survived by wife, Elaine Kaczmarek Morrow and daughter, Dr. Sandra Morrow

Design rationale

The red lion rampant is a reference to the "Morrow" family as well as Scotland in general. The wyvern, scallops and harp are also features of the "Morrow" family with reference to the sea and Ireland. The chevron refers to Andrew's career as an engineer.
