Design rationale

The Azure and Argent liveries are representative of Scotland from where my ancestors emmigrated to America. The use of Azure also represents the Atlantic Ocean which surrounds my current island home. The main charge is a Centaur and serves as canting arms on my surname, and also represents my December birth date astrological sign. The two crosses pattée in chief represent my two sons, my thirty year Masonic association with the Grand Lodge of Scotland, and my Lutheran faith.
