Biographical information
The armiger works as an attorney practicing corporate, commercial, real estate and international law.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1970. The armiger obtained his Bachelor of Science degree – completing an honors biology/premed curriculum – from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He went on to earn his Master of Regional Planning degree from Cornell University and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis.
The armiger is licensed to practice law in New York and before the U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran Affairs, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
His peers elected him a Life Member of the Siam Society Under Royal Patronage, a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.), and an Honorary Member of the Thai Red Cross. He was also created a Knight Commander of the Order of the Eagle of Georgia and the Tunic of Our Lord Jesus Christ, a Knight of the Imperial Order of the Star of Honour of the Ethiopian Empire, and an Honorary Knight of the Royal Confraternity of Sao Teotonio.

Design Rationale
The arms are both canting and allusive arms.
The lion alludes to the armiger on three levels. First, in his ancestral homeland of Thailand, the lion is called a “singh”. So it represents both a pun on his surname and an allusion to his ethnicity. Second, the lion as the king of beasts refers to his undergraduate studies in zoology and his interest in the natural world. Lastly, the lion alludes to the armiger’s profession as a lawyer since both lawyers and lions are seen enforcers of the law.
The red embattled wall refers to the armiger’s paternal clan and his graduate studies in city and regional planning. The gold embattled chief refers to that clan’s predecessor. The three drops of water and crest together allude to an ancestral nickname or designation.
In Indic mythology, which greatly influenced Thai culture, the vajra or thunderbolt is also described as a jewel. The crown rayonné is alternatively known to western heralds as a crown radiant. Together, the elements of the armiger’s badge allude to his surname, which literally means “radiant jewel”.
The armiger’s motto "Affulgeo" is Latin for "I Shine On". It also alludes to his surname.
